Polaris World are the developers of this resort and they have commissioned the famous Mexican architect Jose de Iturbe to design La Loma. He is renowned for his works with the natural elements of space, light and colour which achieve a modern and slightly minimalist effect. His use of colour on the exteriors of the buildings with varying shades of brown, orange, pink and white, make La Loma quite unique.
