Novo Carthago is becoming one of the most popular beach and golf resorts in Spain and it's not just for the quality of the properties and the wide range of services and facilities provided but also because of the favourable payment terms it offers property investors.
An initial reservation deposit of €3,000 will freeze the price of the property and take it off the market. Should you decide for whatever reason not to go ahead with the purchase this deposit is fully refundable. After a further 30 days a payment of 15% is required minus the reservation deposit. Nine months later a further payment of 10% is payable with the final payment of 75% due on completion of the first residential phase which is expected at the end of the first quarter of 2009. All road works to the development start the 2nd and 3rd half of 2008, completion of La Isla, golf courses and hotel etc. are 2011. The completion of the Novo Carthago resort is 2016.
