Hansa Urbana S.A was established in 1994 as the result of a merger between Finacom and Urbamed; two large Spanish real estate developers with over 20 years combined industry experience.
In 2004, Hansa Urbana became of the top 20 leading property developers in Spain. A large and well respected Spanish developer, the company operates from its headquarters in Alicante with local offices dotted throughout the country overseeing planning and development in Alicante, Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Murcia, Palma de Mallorca, Córdoba and Jerez.
The company is involved in three main areas of development, these are:
Large Resorts: responsible for creating, developing, marketing and delivering large residential resorts with concomitant facilities such as hotels, golf courses, commercial areas etc.
Urban Development: responsible for creating, developing, marketing and delivering residential housing in large urban areas of Spain such as Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Valencia, Alicante, Murcia and Jerez.
Commercial Development: developing, marketing and managing commercial property such as office buildings, large commercial centres, hotels, golf courses, restaurants, retirement residences etc.
