You will find more than 30 beaches just 9 miles away which await you, with something for everyone: stone, sand, and even deserted beaches… along with the reclusive coves such as the La Amarilla, Cueva Lobos and La Grúa where you will enjoy a peaceful and tranquil spot away from the crowded and noisy beaches, a journey to recuperate and refresh yourself with natural energy. The “Erosiones of Bolnuevo” is one of the areas most attractive places to visit. A strange landscape, almost magical, in that the wind and water erosion of the area, has created an ever changing rock formation. A peaceful location where you can let your imagination run wild.
With the new motorway Cartagena – Vera, you will be a few minutes away from the Mar Menor, surrounded by its typical fishermen’s village where the towns of San Pedro Del Pinatar, San Javier with its International Airport and Los Alcázares stand out for their services and habitants. The city of Cartagena offers you a glance to history, with its museums, Roman Theatre, and the walled city centre. The city of Mazarron is situated 5 miles away from our development, where you will find all the services. If we make a longer trip, you will be in the city of Madrid in just 4 hours and in La Alhambra – Granada, our World Heritage City where you can also practice snow sports in Sierra Nevada in 3 hours.
Saladillo Golf is situated within the fully established urbanization of Camposol, only 5 miles away from the city of Mazarron mentioned above. The urbanization Camposol offers a wide range of services of which we mention a big supermarket, petrol station, warehouse, banks, and various restaurants with varied gastronomy, a leisure unit with bowling, darts, billiard pool and arcade games. There are also different bars where you can enjoy a pleasant evening some of them with live shows.If you like golf why not try the fabulous 18 hole golf course on site, its club house, golf store and a future 4 Star hotel & Spa with thermal waters.
Our development consists of 87 bungalows with a large communal swimming pool and green area. All the bungalows are in one level with big solariums, most of them are 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms one ensuite. There are also 3 bedrooms 2 bathroom one en suite. The 3 bedroom versions are semidetached properties with plots from 203m2 to 343m2. The house comes totally furnished with white goods. To improve even more, they will have central ducted air condition with heat pump, crockery and cutlery.
